Since 2014, Séverine Keimig has become one of fashion's rising names, becoming a known personality in the modelling world. She has graced the pages of prestigious publications such as L'Officiel, Playboy Germany, Elle, and Daily Front Row.

Present-day Severine is signed with one of the most prestigious modelling agencies, Elite NYC, working on campaigns and shoots day and night. But despite all the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple, she found herself in a different state of mind, which has shifted her toward mental clarity and wellness.

This began in 2017, after a six-week project in the Samoan islands, which left her isolated from the noise of the world; this is what she referred to as her period of personal spiritual awakening. "This was the time in my life that I realized how alone I was. The silence and tranquility led me to find a way to cope, and I went back to writing—jotting down my thoughts, dreams, and ideas to bide the time.

By then, she realized how the power of manifestation worked out for her; looking back, she saw how things turned out for her, "Now, I'm living the life I have always wanted for myself since I was much younger."

Growing up, Severine attributed her interest in neuroscience and philosophy to her father, who was always curious about the power of the human brain. This began with the Abundance Life League, a self-help journal that utilizes the power of words while incorporating Deepak Chopra's philosophies.

By harnessing the power of journaling in her way, Keimig saw the potential to empower countless individuals in her industry to embark on transformative journeys toward personal growth and fulfilment.  Since then, she has chosen to explore the wellness space as a lifestyle and meditation coach amongst her peers, aiming to bring a space for mental health and self-love in an industry well-known for being dynamic yet exacting on a person's psychological and physical health.

Her experience as a model has sometimes left her burnt out, overthinking, and anxious, worrying about things that she shouldn't be concerned about. To keep her mental health in check, she works on maintaining a self-care routine and daily meditation and by working also works with a mind-body coach, who helps keep her grounded through weekly sessions and meditation. She says, "This has been key to supporting my mental health. As for fitness, my schedule doesn't always allow for classes, but I make sure to fit in a full-body workout at the gym when I can. Living in New York, I walk everywhere, so that also helps keep me active."

Severine's practice as an authenticity coach emphasizes the importance of authenticity, a vibration even higher than love. She tailors her client's needs using four cornerstones that strike a chord differently from others: purpose, intention, and shadow work whenever they need to find more purpose or reframe limiting beliefs.

"Keimig's dedication to both her craft and the betterment of others is truly inspiring," said a spokesperson for Abundance Life League. "Through her journal and various initiatives, she continues to redefine industry standards and inspire positive change."

In the future, she wants to cross and transcend borders, resonating with audiences globally and cementing her status as a dynamic force within the fashion and wellness communities. In the meantime, you can check out her new website, www.severinekeimig.com,  to book a free consultation.
