Our hearts are still so full after a magical evening of connection, celebration, and festive cheer at the MOOD LDN x The C Word Magazine Christmas Supper Club!
Hosted at the stylish Finley's Hoxton, the evening was a beautiful blend of delicious food, fine wine, and heartfelt conversations. PiQi Life was founded by Aksana and Nick to promote gut health through plant-based living. Passionate about 'living' foods and their benefits, they offer water kefir—a fermented, non-dairy beverage rich in probiotics—to support the immune system, with over 80% residing in the gut. Their commitment extends to sharing knowledge on gut health, veganism, and well-being through their blog.
Smile Makers Collection
Smile Makers, established in 2012, is a pioneering brand in female sexual wellness, aiming to destigmatise self-pleasure by introducing vibrators into mainstream beauty retailers like Sephora, Ulta Beauty, and Urban Outfitters. Their products are meticulously designed based on real anatomical research and user insights, ensuring elegance, ergonomics, and body safety. Beyond products, Smile Makers offers a pleasure-positive sex education platform, Vulva Talks, created by their community for their community. With a diverse team that is 75% female, they are committed to making sexual wellness a natural and healthy part of life and beauty care.
Liz Crow London
Liz Crow, founder of Liz Crow London, established her mindful jewelry brand in 2022 to empower women on their wellness and self-discovery journeys. Inspired by her personal experience with hair loss and subsequent emotional healing, Liz crafts pieces that embody energy, strength, and intention. Each design serves as a subtle reminder for the wearer to focus their energy, live authentically, and manifest their dreams. Liz's background in Fine Art Painting and her passion for wellness, yoga, and meditation deeply influence her creations, which have garnered recognition, including being showcased at the Diana Porter Gallery and receiving multiple awards and nominations.
Gut Wealth
Gemma Stuart, founder of Gutsy Health, endured over 15 years of IBS symptoms, food intolerances, and allergies, leading to multiple hospitalisations. Frustrated by the lack of effective and realistic solutions, she studied IBS management and collaborated with experts to develop Gut Wealth®, a liquid supplement designed to support digestive well-being. Her mission is to empower others to take control of their gut health and alleviate digestive discomfort.
Weirdstock
After moving into her own home in 2019, Johanna Haughey-Lewis began collecting vintage items and decorating eclectically, valuing unique and colorful pieces with character. In 2022, she transformed her passion into a profession by founding Weirdstock, a homewares business specialising in 100% organic cotton bedding with bold, retro-inspired designs. Johanna's mission is to bridge the gap between vintage style and modern quality while minimizing environmental impact. Weirdstock's products are crafted by fairly paid skilled workers in India, reflecting her commitment to ethical production and sustainability.

Wax & Willow is a family-run business based in Worthing, West Sussex, founded by a mother (Ursula) and son duo passionate about creating luxury scented candles and diffusers. Each product is hand-poured using sustainably sourced soy wax and cruelty-free fragrance oils, ensuring vegan, paraben-free, and environmentally responsible offerings. Their unique fragrances are curated seasonally to provide long-lasting aromas that complement each time of year, enhancing the ambiance of any home.

Productive Babe Club (PBC) is a wellness and lifestyle community founded by Alimaa, dedicated to empowering women to achieve a balanced lifestyle. Recognising the challenges many women face in balancing work and life, managing stress, and prioritising self-care, PBC offers wellness networking events that connect like-minded women and provides insightful content on social media. Their mission is to place wellness and self-care at the forefront, enabling women to achieve their goals, whether they are corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, or embracing a more relaxed lifestyle.

Zooki is a UK-based company dedicated to revolutionising nutrition by developing highly bioavailable and effective supplements. Storm & Saint
Storms & Saint is a jewelry brand founded by Ainhoa, who has been passionate about creating jewelry since childhood. After years of self-study in metalsmithing techniques, Ainhoa began crafting unique pieces, learning and refining her skills through experimentation. Originally from Spain, Ainhoa notes the serendipity that her surname translates to 'metalsmith' in English, suggesting that her path in jewelry design was destined.

This was our first collaboration and supper club event, but it certainly won’t be our last.
