ZenPass: Giorgia Capoccia's Mission to Make Holistic Wellness Accessible
In a world where wellness is often seen as a luxury, Giorgia Capoccia is redefining the conversation with ZenPass, a platform designed to make holistic health accessible and transformative.
Drawing from her personal journey through anxiety, OCD, and high-pressure careers, Giorgia found healing through holistic practices like energy healing, breathwork, and mindfulness. This profound transformation inspired her to leave the finance world behind and create ZenPass.
In this exclusive interview with The C Word Mag, Giorgia shares the inspiration behind ZenPass, her vision for holistic wellness, and how she’s fostering a supportive community that empowers both practitioners and users. Her story is one of resilience, passion, and an unwavering belief that wellness should be for everyone.
Jamila: What inspired you to co-found ZenPass, and how has your personal journey in wellness influenced its mission?
Giorgia: For years, I was trapped in a cycle of anxiety and OCD, a struggle that began during university and only worsened as I stepped into the high-pressure world of finance. I felt like I was ticking all the boxes of success—landing prestigious jobs, building a career—but inside, I was unravelling. I was suffering from a lot of physical symptoms and wanted to feel better. So, I consulted every doctor I could find and tried countless therapies. While some approaches helped, nothing truly worked.
It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I realised what was missing: my emotions. I was doing everything I could to take care of my mind and body, but I was ignoring the very core of myself—the unresolved feelings and energy that were weighing me down. That’s when I discovered the transformative power of holistic wellness.
Practices like energy healing, breathwork, and mindfulness were life-changing. They didn’t just ease my symptoms; they helped me reconnect with who I truly am. These practices transformed me so deeply that I made a decision that shocked many: I left my career in finance to advocate for holistic wellness full-time. I knew I wanted to make these life-changing practices accessible to others, so I co-founded ZenPass. For me, ZenPass isn’t just a platform; it’s a movement to heal, inspire, and empower. By supporting practitioners with tools and education, and by connecting people to holistic experiences, ZenPass is creating a ripple effect of wellness. My mission is clear: to make holistic health accessible for everyone and to help others discover the healing power that changed my life.
Jamila: ZenPass focuses on integrating mind, body, and spirit. Why is this holistic approach essential to achieving true wellness?
Giorgia: True wellness isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level solutions—it’s about balance. I learned this firsthand during my healing journey. You can work on your mind or strengthen your body, but if your emotions remain unaddressed or your spirit disconnected, something will always feel incomplete. Wellness is about integrating all parts of yourself—mind, body, and spirit—so you can truly thrive.
Holistic wellness addresses not just symptoms but root causes. It allows people to create lasting change by nurturing every part of their being. That’s why ZenPass was built on this philosophy. We curate experiences that align all three dimensions, offering services like yoga for physical health, mindfulness for mental clarity, and sound healing for emotional and spiritual alignment.
What makes this approach so powerful is that it adapts to the individual. Regardless of what someone is dealing with, anxiety, burnout, or even physical pain, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Holistic wellness meets you where you are and offers tools to create harmony in your life. Through ZenPass, I hope to inspire people to embrace this approach, empowering them to heal and grow on their own terms.
Jamila: How does ZenPass make holistic health more accessible and impactful compared to other wellness platforms?
Giorgia: When I founded ZenPass, I wanted to break down the barriers that make holistic health feel out of reach. Too often, wellness is presented as a luxury, reserved for the privileged few. But the truth is, these practices are for everyone. Healing shouldn’t be exclusive—it should be a right.
ZenPass makes wellness accessible by offering both in-person and online options. Whether someone has time for a quick virtual breathwork session at home or wants to attend a transformative workshop in person, we make it easy to integrate wellness into busy lives. We also offer services at a range of price points, ensuring that people from all walks of life can access high-quality, curated experiences.
But accessibility goes beyond logistics—it’s about understanding. Many people don’t try holistic practices because they seem intimidating or unfamiliar. At ZenPass, we educate people through blogs, events, and social media, demystifying practices like
Reiki and sound therapy so they feel approachable. For practitioners, ZenPass is more than a booking tool—it’s a partner. We provide them with business education, automated tools, and community-building opportunities to help them grow their reach and change more lives.
Ultimately, ZenPass isn’t just about offering services—it’s about creating a movement that brings wellness into the mainstream. We’re making it easier for people to take charge of their well-being and create lasting change in their lives by addressing the barriers to holistic health.
Jamila: Community-building is central to ZenPass. How do you foster collaboration between practitioners and users?
Giorgia: Community is the soul of ZenPass. When I was struggling, I didn’t just need healing—I needed connection. Wellness isn’t a solitary journey; it’s something we cultivate together. That’s why creating an authentic and supportive community is at the heart of what we do. We believe that wellness is a shared journey, and our platform reflects that.
For practitioners, ZenPass is more than a business platform. It’s a space where they can collaborate, learn, and thrive. We host workshops, office hours, and events that bring practitioners together to share knowledge and support one another. We help them grow, and by doing so we amplify their ability to create impact.
For users, we go beyond providing services—we create opportunities to connect and grow. ZenPass fosters meaningful relationships through various means: wellness walks, workshops, online discussions. These experiences help people not only explore wellness but also feel part of something bigger—a movement toward healing and growth.
Jamila: How has your team’s diverse expertise shaped the development and vision of ZenPass?
Giorgia: At ZenPass, everything starts with our shared vision as founders. Roberta, Loan, and I bring our unique backgrounds—ranging from finance to technology to holistic wellness—into every decision we make. We’ve each walked our own paths, learned from our own challenges, and used those experiences to shape what ZenPass stands for: making holistic health accessible, impactful, and community-driven.
But we know that no vision can thrive in isolation. That’s why we surround ourselves with an incredible team of experts who share our passion and bring fresh perspectives to the table. At ZenPass, collaboration is our cornerstone. We don’t just see our team as employees—we see them as an extension of the founding team.
Their insights and ideas shape everything we do, and we actively encourage them to speak up, challenge assumptions, and take ownership of the work they’re passionate about.
This collaborative spirit has been key to ZenPass’s success. By blending our collective expertise and giving space to everyone’s voice, we’ve built a platform that feels innovative yet deeply personal. It’s this collaborative dynamic—founders working hand-in-hand with a talented team—that allows ZenPass to evolve, adapt, and stay true to our mission of transforming lives through holistic health. After all, the best ideas come when everyone has a seat at the table.
Jamila: What role does technology play in breaking down barriers to holistic health, and how is ZenPass innovating in this space?
Giorgia: Technology is the bridge that makes holistic health accessible to everyone. At ZenPass, we use it to simplify and enhance every aspect of the wellness journey, ensuring that both practitioners and users experience a seamless and approachable platform. From intuitive booking systems to user-friendly dashboards, our tools are designed to remove the complexities that often stand in the way of wellness.
For practitioners, our platform includes features like automated scheduling and CRM systems, which save time and reduce administrative burdens. This allows them to focus on their craft—helping others heal—rather than getting bogged down by operational tasks. For users, we offer flexibility and convenience, enabling them to access wellness services that fit their lifestyle, whether they prefer in-person sessions or virtual experiences from the comfort of their home.
ZenPass is innovating by creating a space that not only connects people to wellness services but also fosters community and education. Through technology, we’re making it easier for practitioners to reach more clients and for users to discover practices that can transform their lives. In doing so, we’re breaking down barriers to holistic health and making wellness accessible for everyone, regardless of their location or schedule.
Jamila: What trends do you see shaping the future of wellness, and how is ZenPass positioned to lead this transformation?
Giorgia: The future of wellness is deeply personal. People are no longer satisfied with one-size-fits-all solutions—they want experiences tailored to their unique needs and goals. ZenPass is leading this shift with AI-driven personalization that connects users to the right practices and practitioners.
Another key trend is the integration of mental health into broader wellness practices. The days of separating physical and mental health are over, and ZenPass is at the forefront, offering services that address both. The rise of hybrid wellness models—combining in-person and virtual experiences—is another trend we’re embracing, ensuring we meet people where they are.
By staying ahead of these trends and prioritising inclusivity, ZenPass is shaping the future of wellness, making it accessible and impactful for everyone.
Jamila: What has been the most rewarding part of your journey with ZenPass, and what advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs in the wellness industry?
Giorgia: The most rewarding part of ZenPass has been seeing its impact. It can be a user discovering peace in a session or a practitioner growing their reach, these moments remind me why I started this journey. The part I love most is reading positive reviews about how a session has impacted someone’s life or receiving a thank-you email from a practitioner I’ve personally helped to run their practice more smoothly.
For aspiring entrepreneurs, my advice is simple: stay true to your mission. Wellness is deeply personal, and authenticity is your greatest strength. Innovate boldly, listen to your audience, and surround yourself with people who share your passion. When you build something from the heart, the impact will follow.
