Born and raised in a ''holistic household'', Dani has always been in contact with a diverse array of healing techniques that are incorporated into her classes for an extra touch of magic.
Her journey with Yoga began in her teens and seven years later she took off India and South East Asia, where she completed her first training and spent a year practicing with several teachers, exploring different styles of yoga and new ways to connect. Dani’s classes are filled with creative sequencing, organic flows and innovative movement for everyBody.
When Dani isn’t on her mat she can be found cooking (and eating) lots of vegan food, tucked in a corner with a pile of books, swimming in the ocean, diving soul deep into tarot cards, making music or boarding a plane to her next adventure.

Tara Cookery
Tara Cookery (taracookery.com) has been running for just over two years. Founded by Tara Guinness, Tara Cookery offers private cooking classes to groups and one on one. Tara started her career completing the full year diploma at Leith's School of Food and Wine in London. With traditional French culinary training under her belt she moved to India where she worked in remote hotel kitchens, teaching Western cooking and catering management. It was often a challenge being the only English speaker in a small, bustling, baking hot kitchen, especially when the nearest market was a day away by train. This is where her love of teaching was born. Once back in the UK she worked as a freelance chef for various catering companies and pop-up restaurants including Peardrop London and Kricket. She then worked at Carousel, a restaurant in West London. She learnt how to cook a different cuisine each week there, working with visiting chefs from all over the world. After two years she started Tara Cookery, teaching people how to cook! Private lessons are completely tailored to clients requirements. It doesn't matter whether you are a complete beginner who wants to learn the basics, or an experienced chef who is perhaps ready to explore a culinary career. Tara Cookery lessons are designed specifically for your needs.
A few other projects she is part of are The Feconomy (thefeconomy.co.uk), an events company that only uses ingredients and produce from female fuelled food and drink brands and The Amber Room supper clubs. She co-founded and is the head chef for both.
