How many times have you been told to "be self-empowered?" How often have you heard that word tossed around with little or no explanation? Self-empowerment is a big topic, and there are plenty of books, articles, and blogs about the subject. But how do we find it in our own lives? What can we do to keep from giving up on ourselves when life gets tough? The following list contains 6 ways for you to seek and sustain self-empowerment.


What Is Self Empowerment?

Self-empowerment is a process that incorporates the whole person. It describes a state of being in which we feel powerful, confident and proud of who we are. This feeling does not depend on outside forces or people to make us successful or happy. Instead, it comes from within ourselves.
