Christmas songs bring it all back

Bring back memories of all we lack,

Their lyrics reminds us of times more rosy,

Words that create feelings that are so cosy,

Yet so many speak of fairytales and dreams

Always hopeful or so it seems,

Many a dream may fade away,

When we're lost in the day to day,

Reminding ourselves of our hope,

Makes us joyful and helps us cope,

So my wish for you at the time of year,

Is to have more hope and a little less fear,

You are stronger than you know,

Hopeful faith will help you grow,

Christmas blessings to one and all,

Our lives can rise, after they fall.
