What I Received
I recently had the chance to experience three of Wax & Willow’s scents - The Spa, Aloe & Cucumber, and Tranquility - and each one brings something unique to the table. As someone who enjoys a serene home environment, I found this trio of fragrances to be an ideal blend for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Scent descriptions for each of the three, as per their website, are:
The Spa: Indulge in a luxurious spa experience at home with this rich and comforting fragrance. Notes of sweet orange, cardamom, cypress, lavender, geranium, vanilla, patchouli, and warm woods create a soothing and inviting atmosphere.
Tranquillity: Find inner peace with this calming and soothing fragrance. A blend of relaxing sweet orange and rosemary opens the scent, followed by a heart of lavender and geranium. The base notes of cedarwood and patchouli provide a grounding and earthy element.
Aloe & Cucumber: Refresh and revitalise with this invigorating fragrance. The crisp, cool scent of cucumbers combined with the soothing properties of aloe vera and a touch of citrus create a light and airy aroma that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Instructions
To maximise performance, they recommend burning the candle for at least 2-3 hours per use.

Discontinue use when the wax reaches 1cm from the bottom to prevent overheating.
Avoid burning for more than four hours at a time.

I am a candle fanatic. I own too many candles and absolutely love having my home smell amazing. With cats, dogs, and a baby in the house, I need something to counteract all the bad smells that happen here. Therefore, when I was allowed to try this brand, I jumped.
I found it incredibly hard to pick which scent to use first because they all smelled amazing! After some thought, I decided to start with Aloe & Cucumber. It felt like the most subtle option out of the three scents I received, with a light and refreshing profile that exudes clean, fresh vibes. It’s the kind of fragrance that quietly fills the space without overpowering it, making it perfect for everyday use when you want your home to feel calm and rejuvenated.
I have to mention that even when I wasn’t burning the candles, I kept catching pleasant whiffs of scent while working. I had placed them on the cabinet behind my desk, and it took me longer than I’d like to admit to realise the smell was coming from the unlit candles themselves! The fragrance was so lovely and subtle that it filled the space without even being lit, creating a gentle, welcoming atmosphere in the room just by sitting there.
One of the things I love about Wax & Willow candles is the ability to layer the scents. You can burn two or more candles at the same time to create your custom fragrance throughout the room.
